Could be a medical kink too. Ie., getting turned on by having invasive medical procedures done to them. Somebody mentioned that on a Youtube podcast about the psychology behind the vax shills and those who seem to be exhilarated to line up for each jab and booster like they were actually getting happiness/sensual excitement from getting injected. Dude was a Jordan Peterson style psychologist who went on to explain that these kinks most likely arose in these people from their own suppressed/repressed self loathing, feelings of nothingness, and thus their need to control other peoples' lives through "activism" and passing tyrannical laws. When they do not get their way politically, they turn to self-harm and self-degradation as outlets for their frustration.
Everybody knows that one kid back in school who is always a bit "off", and he would often try to make others' lives miserable by tattling on others at any perceived infraction and try to get the teachers to pass more essays and assignments because he could not stand the fact that other kids are partying or going to the beach on the weekend and creepy kid himself doesn't get invited to anything. Now we have Tiktok and Instagram and many of the channels on these sites feature those same creepy kids venting and ranting their frustrations on their videos. When they try to address potential "solutions" for their miserable existence, they ALWAYS blame their problems on "society", "Chad and Stacy", or the "oppressive, racist, capitalist system", and describe fantasy solutions to their problems that involve setting up regimes of oppression, terror, and even genocide that would make Hitler blush. Self harm and self degradation is a very common thread that links all of these types. That is what they turn to when they cannot achieve their means politically, and they also take out their frustrations on any animals or children who may fall under their care.

Results: Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines were associated with an increased risk of serious adverse events of special interest, with an absolute risk increase of 10.1 and 15.1 per 10,000 vaccinated over placebo baselines of 17.6 and 42.2 (95% CI -0.4 to 20.6 and -3.6 to 33.8), respectively. Combined, the mRNA vaccines were associated with an absolute risk increase of serious adverse events of special interest of 12.5 per 10,000 (95% CI 2.1 to 22.9). The excess risk of serious adverse events of special interest surpassed the risk reduction for COVID-19 hospitalization relative to the placebo group in both Pfizer and Moderna trials (2.3 and 6.4 per 10,000 participants, respectively).
Discussion: The excess risk of serious adverse events found in our study points to the need for formal harm-benefit analyses, particularly those that are stratified according to risk of serious COVID-19 outcomes such as hospitalization or death.
