I noticed some of my chickens stopped laying...... A neighbor who runs an organic farm gave me one of his chickens, recently. While my chickens have stopped laying, the chicken he gave me continues to lay. Tried several things. I believe I got some of the contaminated food that is on the market.

You’ll do know chickens stop laying in the winter months while they molt. I can attest to 50 plus years of this, way before tractor supply.
The amount of daylight in the winter months causes chickens to stop or slow down. Artificial lighting can tremendously help this process, but because of the cage free bullshit from California, producers hands are tied. The animal rights propaganda has caused more egg shortages than the bird flu. I’ll allow the eating of eggs, while eating chicken is still totally unacceptable!
