System crashed as I was certifying my oculus. Still in shock. May grab another ultra before I certify my oculus to test the batch approval.
All 3 of mine were individuals. My buddy has 3 pending in a trust in late January.... Nothing.

Dang. I am hoping that the eForms shutdown is due to the ATF working to eliminate the huge backlog (my suppressors should be approved anytime now...I pray!!). Three days though...JEEZ!

FFL had my eForm staging since last weekend and wanted to wait til this weekend to certify.

So they are still doing approvals even after it was shut down on February 27.
This link says it is just maintenance.

I like how most of us are trying to comprehend the eforms issue like we haven't had experience with the atf inconsistencies in everything. Lol.

It definitely seems the FBI wasn’t the holdup in the process.
AFAIK, when the paperwork is handed to the FBI for the background check, they simply use NICS as they would for a regular firearm purchase from an FFL.
This further illustrates the fact that there should be no impediment to purchasing NFA items over the counter like someone would purchase a non-NFA firearm.

That’s what we always assumed but according to the atf the FBI was the holdup, never believed them
yep! Form 4's will be approved as short as 5 hours or as long as..........never.
Eform website went down at exactly 3pm EST Wed. 02/28. His approval email came in Thurs 02/29 morning.

I have been checking my email every hour hoping for an approval. Now I have no muffler and no job because I got nothing done at work and “I’m waiting for my approval” isn’t a sufficient excuse

They must have done a batch afor my LGS today. When I picked mine up she said several came in at the same time. Some were only 1 week.
We can probably surmise with a high degree of statistical certainty, that in the aggregate, all 50 of the States' BMVs are a warp factor 3.2 compared to the ATF. Yet motor vehicles account for an exponentially greater number of deaths and injuries compared to NFA items.
