I actually forgot to give you guys a bit of really excellent news I got today .
My lawyer was representing another shooter today in Court today that getting a lot of the same shit I'm getting .
He went into court today and absolutely destroyed the cops . My buddy got all his gear back as well .
We are reliably that effigies of my lawyer are still burning on the roofs of certain police stations and the offices of the chief state solicitors office ...Lol

He ordered them to settle it and quoted " expeditious uses of court time and resources " . So far they haven't . We are back shortly but we still have time . They haven't won one round in any hearing .
Thankfully , and with the grace of good this will be over soon.
I just want to shoot my guns and enjoy my sport without this bs

The Information in getting on the illegal wire taps is deeply disturbing . One of the reasons I post this to be honest is to make you all aware in the states of the anti gun agenda that's operating on your side and the dangers associated with being a pro 2nd A supporter .

Happy to report that today a judge in the High Court refused an application by my opponents to have my lawsuit thrown out on the basis of it being supposedly frivolous and vexatious .
The judge ruled that the other side has to within 3 weeks supply their full defence to my lawsuit or face judgement .
The judge has ruled that he will proceed with a lawsuit on the basis of malicious prosecution and defamation and make a further ruling on a conspiracy to harass and intimidate me ...
Major victory ! Very happy ...
The other side are sick as parrots over it ....
Even better the judge informed me that he wish to be te case manager on the hearing as he was most familiar with it .

Be foolish not to worry given what happened outside my house but we now have a castle doctrine here . They won't catch me unawares again . CCTV being installed shortly . And I'm more than prepared to defend myself should another incident occur .

Well I would love to give you all the details but lets just say I got tipped off today that my arch nemesis cop and a crocked lawyer have gone onto business together .
And I got the proof in writing !

Just heard from IA . One senior cop heavily involved on all this shit has been transferred to another station where he cant cause any trouble with immediate effect pending the outcome of disciplinary action ..
The cop that stopped me and who I managed to record on my phone . Well try have recommended dismissal from the force . The cop that spat on my windscreen has been found guilty of serious beaches of police conduct and they have recommended suspension and loss of pay as well as a permanent note on his record so he can never be promoted. The one that assaulted me outside my home . Well they can't find him but my lawyer negotiated with the cops on this and the authorities paid for a pretty decent CCTV system be installed at my house which is done already .... 3 out of 4 so far . And the best thin is that the real legal stuff hasn't even been started ....
So yes on the basis of the call today from IA I'm having a pretty good day !

IA says there is 14 separate admissible complaints . 4 have been deemed to be inadmissible . Got the biggest scalp so far with the last guy as he is the most senior .
Believe me when I say I'm going for the remainder.

In te event of them coming in at night my wife knows the drill . I go sort it . If I don't come back anybody that comes through the door get met with a hail of slugs ... The kids are our priority but personally I dont think they would be that stupid . All of this is on record with IA so they would all be scooped if that happens . However I would love to see the back of this ... It's time consuming and occupying too much of my thinking ... Better things to be doing that giving that scum my time and energy .

1: abuse of power
2. Abuse of authority
3. Abuse of persona designata status
4. Failure to follow proper internal police guidelines
5. Conspiracy to pervert justice .
It's up to the commissioner now to either ;
1: affirm recommendation
2: take out some charges and leave others
3. Strike it all out
4 add to the charges

Was stopped again tonight by an unmarked police car .
The officer punched me in the face and grabbed me by the throat leaving some minor bruising on my neck and throat . Either his watch or ring or finger nail cut my ear quite badly and it bled for a while .
I'm quite fucking upset at the moment . My lawyer is going nuts .
Going to court for an injunction on Monday ...
I think these cops , the corrupt ones , are seriously trying to kill me now . I actually thought this guy was going to shoot me dead tonight ..

Eddieo, I read up on this thread and the one linked in this thread on page one. It's incredible to hear how blatantly obvious the LE have been with their harassment. The fact that you have been able to remain cool headed and calm in the face of this continued assault is a testament to your resolve to see lasting change effected. I really hope you some lasting resolution comes from this and you are able to quickly depart your country for a location where you will not be treated so poorly.

That is a really messed up situation.
It sounds to me like they are trying their very best to beat you up bad enough to provoke you to the point you hit them back in self defense so one of them can shoot you and claim you were attacking them.
I guess Ireland is quite different, because I would have thought by now the guys at the top of the police force would be asking their minions to tone it down a bit so they didn't get in even more trouble in court, but I guess it sounds like you've got quite the corrupt rogue police force on your hands there.
It's a sobering lesson to show anybody who is under the mistaken opinion that police would always be good and decent, or that going to court means you get things taken care of immediately.

What a good day.... Judge granted an unlimited injunction against the police ordering them that unless they have both audio and visual evidence of me committing a crime they are not to attempt to follow, stop, harass, intimidate or assault me in any way..
He went further and stated clearly that should any officer attempt to look cross eyed at me i am to get his number and as much details as possible and this guy will be automatically committed to prison . No excpetions in any way will be tolerated.
My lawyer finishes off on wednesday on the matter we were up for today but i dont need to attend....

Well you see the thing is I had the name and number for the duty officer from IA on speed dial when this clown stopped me and assaulted me so the IA was able to hear the whole thing . He was supposed to be in iA at 0900 this am but rang in sick yesterday for the next 2 weeks .
IA have his name and number . Damn fools don't learn I have my car rigged for audio as well so every time they stop me I simply flick a button and catch it all on tape . The not so funny thing for them is that they know this and yet they still do it .
I'm amazed at their stupidity . I really am ... Was really stressed and upset after that encounter on Saturday night ... One on one I could have kicked his ass big style . He was a little Nazi with a uniform ... I even offered one te opportunity of taking it to a back alley and actually made a promise of he beat me I wouldn't go any further with it ...
