If 'Copland and water' is your version of coolant, and it is in the engine, then I would first suspect you have a head-gasket blown.

Another clue would be oil squirting out the dipstick tube, because the crankcase is being pressurized.

There are MANY more here who know much more than me, regarding mechanicalisms, so let the details roll in.

And all that aside, you're going to have a great weekend with the family. Nothing else matters, and I'm sure you'll arrange transport to the slaughter (their slaughter, not yours) on Monday. Keep that in mind.

In the presence of my solicitor and barrister I I recounted the " what would my father do " story .... I told them my father would tell them to go suck my cock ... Money looks after money ...

Sorryote time to type now ...

Day started off really good .. Turns out I dodged a billet with the car .. Didn't blow a head gasket afterall .. Loose ip on my coolant bottle which was pushing air through causing it to overheat ! Phew ...

Yes the courts ... Well I have their barrister the " what would my father do in such a situation " story ...

I explained to him that my father being a very principled man a though now deceased was a man of great integrity and honor ... I try to be like him as much as I can because he is / was a hard act to follow ...

Anyways while their barrister is looking somewhat puzzled but my narration I then concluded with the following ;

My father would have taken the old fashioned approach and sorted this out man to man in a ring with gloves ... But as this is another time and place my father would have told any man that caused him so much BS to go fuck themselves and basically " Suck my dick " ...

So I replied in the words of my father " suck my dick " ad walked off .. My own lawyer was to say the least amused ... You see they offered me a derisory amount of money to settle because they concluded that there was no way in hell I was going to get the discovery I wanted ..

After telling him to " suck my dick " I wet into court and got everything except one thing I wanted on the discovery .. I only asked for that one thing out of pure devilment .... They now have 6 weeks to get me the necessary documentation ...

Walkmg out I couldn't help but notice that they didn't look so happy afterall ....

Funny thing Karma ! Life's a bitch ....

As he had stated, he was granted all but one item on his "Discovery" to which I'll assume this is the 'full-disclosure' portion of the docket. As in, the beginning of the proceedings. The ubiquitous "they" have 6 weeks to respond, so we'll find out then what happens next.

Though I'm sure that there are other more-learned types who'll describe further.

Simply put, it seems to me that whatever the cops were going after him for, has so far been dis-proved due to apparent evidence showing A) otherwise, B) fabrication, C) malicious intent, D) wrongful persecution, and E) physical assault.

Again, that is only how it seems to me. I could be wrong, and it is for others to be more precise. My wild-assed guess, from out-on-a-limb, originating in a different country, so take that for what it's worth. I'll be DAMNED if I were to say the wrong hypothetical thing, and sway ANYTHING in the wrong direction. You read between the lines and draw your own conclusion.

Sean Kinda hit it all on the nail quite well as it happens..

Yesterday means that I get access to their files , internal files by order of the High Court which they have fought tooth and nail to stop me getting .... Now they cant appeal this to the Supreme Court ...

Now i can identify the cops/cop directing the shit against me and identify them in a public courtroom. There a 2 in particular that I want to make sure they explain their actions to a high court judge ... That they wont be looking forward to.

There is obviously more to this than I can say but lets just say that i stumbled into a nice little racket that they had operating that was making several of them an awful lot of money... Ive gone and fucked their shit up ! ooopps ... Silly me ...

What would my father do in this situation ? well my father would say the following;

Continue to fuck their shit up as best I can and make life very very difficult for them, which I hope im doing now. Stand up for yourself and never let bullies beat you down....

Tell you one thing guys... Today their is going to be a lot of awfully worried cops in several stations in Dublin !

Been talking with my wife about all this .. I know it's been hard on her and the kids worrying about me getting shot or taking another beating from these fuckers but I think deep down she knows I had no choice but to take the course I did .. God knows I'd do anything for a simple life .. Just to be able to leave the house ad not be checking the road for strange vehicles or people hanging about would be a great thing ..

I've probably been selfish and more than likely I have been but honestly what choice did I have ... Letting these scum beat me down wasn't an option for me ... My resolve is still as strong as ever but once this is done I'm going invisible ... Staying completely off their radar if they are prepared to call a ceasefire ! I think though this is going to get somewhat more bloody before that state can exist ... Am I prepared ?

It appears the IA and the office of the data protection commission which is a independent office to ensure breaches of personal data don't occur within government and private companies don't occur ..

Anyways they visited the IT se room of the main polo e HQ and 4 other police stations . Ironically and it appears its by sheer coincidence but its the same 4 police stations I have has issues with ...

I can appreciate the tedium that you're probably feeling. The battles I've been having with the insurance bastards since '04 are not fun. As my injuries are 'permanent', it appears that it'll be a "damn-near-forever" battle.

Yours, in turn, WILL END. Don't let it get you down. Especially considering that you are definitely OWNING the whole situation.

Gt a call a little while ago from a good buddy who I've been shooting with for years ..

Last year he lost his driving license for a DUI .. Fair enough .. He found out his wife was fucking around and threw her ass out .. He has the kids .

He was worried about his renewals which are this time as well . Today he gets a visit off 2 cops telling him if he gives a statement to the cops that I've been up to no good with illegal firearms he will get his permits despite the DUI ..

He told them to stick it . He wasn't going to do that on me ... He said they warned him to warn me they were coming for me and were / are determined to eat me whatever the cost ..... I referred my lawyer to him to see what he can do but a DUI is pretty sure to get your firearms taken for good ...

Nice to know I'm having such an effect on certain people ...

Damn I feel for him ! That's a shitty thing to do !

They must be getting nervous, if they are so desperate to offer the above. As you also mentioned, they appear to have some "side job" which is bringing in extra money for them. Sounds to me that karma is paying them a visit.

Just watch your back, your doors, and the trunk/underside of your vehicles. They started this mess, and their harassment is coming back to haunt them.

For a copy of my high court order today ..

My lawyer being the efficient guy he is didn't want to let the other side wait so he sent it by email ..

Guess what ! Suddenly they want to meet .. Told them I was busy to ring me next week !

They are finally realizing that they got caught, and the results are going to be serious. Now they are "reaching out to you", trying to negotiate, and will act very friendly in any negotiations.

Personally, I would have the lawyer ask what they want, then let their IA department handle it. These are rogue cops, an embarrassment to professionals. Ideally they should retire or quit, but it sounds as wheels of progress and justice are finally catching up to them.

Just sitting here thinking to myself ..

A year and a half ago I was under so much pressure with these bloody people .. Has been harassed relentlessly , been assaulted , my wife was at her wits end ... Didn't know if my marriage would survive the stress to be be honest ..no more spurious allegations made against me !

Now , how the tide has turned ... Harassment stopped , no more visits to the house , no more cop cars pulling up outside my house and trying to intimidate myself and my family , got my court order , 1 senior cop moved and several others under IA investigation ... Oh I bet they are reconsidering their choices ...

I'd like to e able to say I hope they would have learned a good lesson but I don't have that much confidence in their abilities to learn by their mistakes

In all seriousness to be able to live in a country where you are not looked on as a criminal for wanting to exercise a basic human right to own and use a firearm would be a pleasure ..

On another note I hope no one here has had anyone injured by the hurricane ... I got an email off a buddy's wife who is living in Staten Island ... He got her and the kids down her sisters in San Diego and he stayed to make sure his business wasn't looted ... He is Irish , married to a Yank .. Buddy is fine . They talked . Business is damaged and she said there was widespread looting in the aftermath ... My buddy has lots and lots and lots of guns !

Some here can't even grasp the notion of not being able to own/shoot guns... Over the pond in this latrine called EU people are so brainwashed that they actually consider someone who is fond of guns (let alone knives) weirdo (at best) and someone to be weary off. And this is on the continent where chopping, stabbing and other such activities were more ofter practiced then anywhere else on the planet. But never mind i guess by a decree of a (polit)commissar we can simply make a new man and history be damned...

They are not going to want to leave San Diego. The weather is beautiful down her right now.

As an aside:

Your wife is a trooper! After all she (and you) have been through. when all is said and done you need to do something seriously nice for her.

Seems like nowadays when times get tough, women will just bail on you (and I've seen that much more than I'd care to after 23 years in the service). You definitely have a keeper.
