This saturday is the 3rd annual suppressor shoot at kitsap county rifle revovler club. There is details on their website. but its $5 donation to get in or bring your suppressors and share some, then its free. I went to the first one and they had some dealers there for demos and it was really cool. Lots of makes and moddles to see and compare in person. just thought i would share.

What sort of distances can be shot with rifles?

Anyone looking for a smoking deal on a 3-20x50mm S&B, any reticle you want let me know ASAP!

Guys I'm giving up my spot for the next UNSC match. Have fun and I'll see you at the next one.

I have two (2) unopened, fresh pounds of TAC, that I would like to trade for either W748, or 2520. I can make up the price difference (if any).

Shooting with Jake, of JC Steel Targets, August 24th.

Ed (Sacshooter) and I are planning a little road trip out to Eastern Washington to shoot LR with Jake in his neck of the woods on August 24th. Jake is gracious to host this little outing, but we'll need to pitch in a bit to get targets setup when we get out there. I'll be renting out one of the guest houses at the Jubilee Ranch for Friday and Saturday night. The plan is drive out Friday 8/23, shoot Saturday 8/24, and drive back Sunday 8/25. I have 4 more spots available in the guest house if you want to come out with us. I also should have a couple of extra seats for passengers in my truck if anyone wants to catch a ride with me (Gas money is appreciated).

Please PM me, or post here, if you're interested in coming out. This will be a lot of fun if you want to stretch the legs on your rifle.

Nick, can you talk to your buddy and see if this is still available.
Thanks,
Rod

Hmmm - maybe you could purchase and lease to a farmer to cover the costs. I imagine you could purchase the land as part of an IRA too. Of course said lease would preserve the owners right to shoot whenever they wanted. With a 160 acres, you could set aside a section for long distance shooting.

If I had a rifle worth shooting I would be all over this. To anyone who hasn't been out to the Jubilee Youth Ranch it's an awesome place with beautiful scenery and LOTS to do.

+1 if I didn't have plans that weekend I'd go as well. The place is amazing to shoot at take the chance and GO

Kevin, I'm going to say the RSM is yours. You want me to just bring it to the match?

Still looking to trade 2 fresh unopened pounds of TAC (and something else along with it to sweeten someone's interest) for a couple of pounds of either W748 or 2520.

No, thats per grain... So 14,000 x $42 is $588,000.

So yeah I take cash or check.

$42 for both pounds of powder Kevin. :)

Federal small pistol primers

Hi,

I got my back-ordered Federal small pistol primers in and can spare a 1,000 primer box if any of you are facing a critical shortage.

I am also willing to trade Remington 7-1/2, CCI #34, CCI #41, Federal Large pistol primers for standard large rifle primers.

Please PM if interested. Offer only valid for Puget Sound shooters since I'm not certified to ship Hazmat. I can bring to the next UN match or you can stop by my house.

Regards,

Ed

I have some odds and ends primers for free if someone needs some rifle primers for some fireforming, or something like that. Mostly partial boxes that are left after loading up a large run of ammo. I will bring them to the next UNSC match if anyone can use 'em.

We might be getting some Remington large rifle primers in tomorrow. You want me to pick you up a brick?

Powder Valley has .308 175 SMKs in stock. Midway, OKWeber and Grafs have 6.5mm 142 SMK or 139 Lapuas in stock. Things seem to be easing up a bit for bullets - hopefully we'll soon see the powder and primers needed to drive them. Otherwise, I'll be using my wrist rocket.

FYI - I've noticed that Grafs will take backorders for powder and primers when some of the larger retailers like Midway will not. At least you can get in line. My contact at Grafs says the powder situation should be back to normal by the end of the year.

Gee, 8 pounds of powder for a 338 Lapua...so you will have enough powder for about 20 rounds or so? (kidding you as those things ARE expensive to feed).

Truth in this^^^ 1lb goes WAY too fast.

Hey guys, not mine but helping spread the word. Please keep an eye out, share this image where ever you can, other forums, facebook, etc. etc.

Any chance you have that info/photo on a Facebook link? Provide the link and I'm sure I can get the word spread.

Shared. I sent the link to Weapon Outfitters as well to see if he'd share it as well since they have a large following in the NW.

One of the fellows I used to work with had a Beretta 9mm pistol, mags, holster, and mag pouches stolen from his car at a YMCA. I have insurance that covers most of the monetary costs, but I would forever worry about it being used in some "antisocial" behavior (as if stealing isn't bad enough).
