I've been really taken aback by the intensity of the rhetoric on both sides this midterm. It's ugly now and getting worse by the day.

I read the fine script on many the Democratic ads and many of them are done by Majority Forward.

The basic aim of Majority Forward and its root source is to gain a US Senate Majority for Democratic candidates, by any means, usually with attack ads. This program is a knife pointed right at the throat of SCOTUS and the Second Amendment, regardless of the mild and innocuous pictures being painted of the beneficiary candidates.

So if you find your beliefs being shaken by the political advertising this midterm, understand that it's being done with underhanded manipulation of facts and outright misrepresentation, and that integrity and responsibility are nowhere to be found in this election cycle's advertising.

The heat and the polish invested in this propaganda proves mainly one thing. The candidates being attacked are in the crosshairs mainly because the opposition is terrified of those candidates being elected, and that this is just another means by which the deep state and its billionaire supporters are reaching deep and slinging the mud as hard as they can; the truth be bent, shredded, and damned.

Matt Drudge predicts Dems will win 60 House seats in midterms


I looked at the last 21 midterm elections and saw that the party in power lost a total of 567 House seats or 27 seats per election. I predict that the 27 number will be much closer than the 60 number.

It looks like Drudge took the story down.

Desperate times call for desperate measures and that is what the Demokrats are doing. They cannot win an election based on poor performance of the Republicans, rather it is about emotional topics such as abortion and handouts (I will not use the term entitlement for welfare).

Republicans made terrific gains in the midterms against Obama. Obama's base stayed home (perhaps in part) because McConnel and other leading Republicans had assured them that Obama would not be impeached. Contrast this to every leading democrat promising that if they take the house they will impeach President Trump.

Hopefully the Democrat Strategy turns out Republican voters.

I think we are witnessing the middle portion of the self-destruction of the Damnedocratic Party. They are forging their own transition into darkly comedic history.

Step back and take a broader view. They're patently hilarious.
