I read this stuff when it comes up because I like to stay informed about how out multi-tiered justice system works. When they were enacting those " Hate Crime" laws they claimed it was to provide another layer of punishment for things like this. Of course we all should have known that this was not the case. If anyone does not know that then they should explain why this man is not being charged with a hate crime.

No because the victim was still white and they would not care less. However, if the victim was also black and the attempted murderer wore a MAGA hat, that would have been the trigger.
This statement is from years of working in and near certain neighborhoods. The only folks who the militant #BLM types hate more than whites, are black conservatives, law abiding black gun owners, black police officers, etc. To them they are traitors and deserving of even worse fates.

Read about it in the local paper. The mall is 3 hours from my place and is typically a great place to take the family for a weekend. After seeing the shit that has been going on in the twin cities for a while now, we have suspended those trips.
Told the wife I would be able to guess the nationality of the shit bag that tossed the child. Of course I got the pissed off stare from her.......a day later I mentioned the guys name and showed her the mug shot. Yeah not shocked at all.
These animals need to all be put down or kicked back to their home lands. They don't like it here and complain constantly......then go home.
Hope the kid get better and this piece of shit winds up in general population and gets raped until he splits like a wish bone.
