how is the reach to that safety with thumb?
Pricey, but old school camo cool! Not trying to hijack the thread, but this one has the most traffic for AI rifles.
Do you guys have any recommendations for soft cases?
Recommendations: Soft Cases for Long Rifles, and Barrel Sleeves
1) I’m looking for a Cordura / Ballistic Nylon Rifle Case that isn’t so much a rifle sock, but rather a light padded zippered case that I can use for a planned move with several rifles in a U-Haul truck. I typically use MidwayUSA’s Heavy Duty Discreet Tactical Rifle Case for the range...www.snipershide.com

Sniper Sled Drag Bag 52"
The Sniper Sled is widely considered to be the best 52 drag bag on the market. Our unique triple-fold rifle design is the only tapered bag that folds flat into a shooting mat. The third leaf also serves as an internal divider panel, which makes this an excellent two-rifle case. The E2B features...eberlestock.com
Have one for my axmc and it seems like it will last forever.
On the bag topic do y'all size for the stock folded or unfolded, and can on or off? Trying to figure out what size drag bag to buy for my ax with a 26" barrel that'll soon be wearing a 338 ultra can.
What is your impression of the action? I know they are smooth but just wondering since they said it is smoother with the bolt locking lug changes. It's a 6602 with 20 MOA built in. So, 20 from the rail and 20 from the mount for a total of 40 MOA.

No, the ASR/AXSR is completely different than the skins on the current gen rifles. I played around with them a bit at SHOT Show and it's actually pretty comfortable to run your thumb on the side on/behind the female plastic stock capture piece. If people end up wanting a dedicated thumb rest for the AXSR that's where it will have to end up going.Nice to see the same old AI scope mount has made it through all the generations of rifles unchanged besdies dovetail to pic rail .
It appears the Anarchy Outdoors thumbrest is not going to be able to work on the new AXSR. The grip area looks a great deal different.
Yow Tech. Specifically made for AT/AX pattern mags. Don’t buy the AICS one accidentally.Got to get me one of those orange pew pew blockers! Where did you get it from?
Man what a beautiful floor! The rifle's not bad either . You have to take another one now with the AT in there!!
Ah shit now you gone n done it... Who cut your barrel for the tuner?
Nothing to do with the tunerNobody. Doesnt need it. Its Aaron Hipp's design. Adaptive Tuning System. Uses your muzzle threads
Nothing to do with the tuner
It’s all to do with flipping the butt pad
