I don’t have the most trained ears and I’m listening to it on a cell phone but I hear 5 shots. I’m not picking up any major difference in the sound of the shots.

You notice the 'peaceful protester' taking the original video and hiding behind the column was kitted up in protective gear.

The silent man says enough is enough and suddenly there are a 1000 armed men at the courthouse demanding the shooter be freed. I clearly hear a difference in the sounds of the first and second shots as did posters on Arfcom.
Like I posted earlier, the first five shots sounded loud, as loud as my AR 10.5, just like the bank shootout in Heat. The second string, more muted like pistol.

If you stop my vehicle carrying a AK I am assuming you are aggressive. Carry whatever where ever but be mindful of your actions whilst you do it. Walking down the street with a rifle shouldered is much different than stopping vehicles while holding it.
You can bet if you were 'brandishing an assault rifle' in your own yard to try and protect your home from a hostile mob there would be enough info to prosecute you.
Approach a cop car with an AK and see if there isn't enough info to make a call after the maggot takes the room temperature challenge.
