My first rifle build by Terry Cross at Long Range Solutions. Worked out a trade for it to my good fortune. caliber 6.5-284 All can say is it's one fun rifle. Scope Leupold 3.5x10-40 var x III long range mil dot.

Re: Which brake for 308 FTE looks ugly, is heavy and loud. I'd bet the only louder break is the JP. It is not needed for recoil on a 308. Itching to get some 208amax to work up and will have more recoil than 178 amax I shoot. The added weight hung on the end of my 22lr rifle helped shoot...

Re: Differences shooting gas versus bolt guns? Just finished reading all of this and it's funny how sincere people can be without realizing they can be sincerely wrong. I have the Tubb CWS on my tight built AR15 and is running cleaner now able to go longer round counts between cleaning.

Re: Powders for 243 Winchester w/105 AMAX Have a 243 rem 700 24" 1:9 1/8. shooting a short line accuracy node load 105g amax with H4831sc 39.5g. Distance load 45g same 4831sc. It's consistent, not temp sensitive that I can tell.
