Re: L-N-L die and conversion bushings I use LNL Bushings on a single stage and don't have a problem at all with concentricity. Loading .338 LM with 300 Scenars and Lapua brass I can keep it at .002" or less. On the rare occasion one will be above that but not often. When I seat my bullets I...

Re: Inconsistent Shoulder bump Get rid of the expander ball. It is an unnecessary piece of equipment. Unless the new brass you buy is badly dinged up or deformed you don't need it. If you do run into messed up brass get an expander mandrel from Sinclair. It works so much better...
Re: Favorite beer thread Stouts and porters are at the top for me. Bourbon County Stout is a must try for anyone that likes stouts. At 15% ABV it could almost be considered a barley wine over a beer and it's excellent! It's aged in bourbon barrels before bottling and calling it dark is an...

Re: Case Trimmer for the Big 50BMG This is what I use. It's worked fine for me so far. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/390841/forster-50-bmg-case-trimmer I see that one of the reviews states that there is a problem with the case popping out of the holder. I haven't experienced that with...
Re: Woodleigh Brass solids on test. I shot a Barnes solid into some magazines with my .50 BMG in order to recover the bullet and it curved over and looks identical to the one on the left. Solids are designed for consistency and penetration. Not seeing any expansion isn't surprising.
Re: FNG having problems loading for AR15 Get either a Hornady or Sinclair bump gage. Personally I like the Sinclair ones better. Take a case that won't chamber and measure the shoulder then run it through your full length sizer and see how much you're bumping it back. With no way to measure...

Re: new rifle is here... need 375 cheytac brass length I'm still waiting on my rifle so I don't know. I run those chamber length gauges in all my rifles so I can let them grow until I have to pull the trimmer out.
Re: new rifle is here... need 375 cheytac brass length This will tell you what length it can be for your rifle. http://www.sinclairintl.com/.aspx/pid=32925/Product/Sinclair-Chamber-Length-Gage The only problem is you have to sacrifice a piece of brass!
