We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
I always find this to be a very interesting debate. That is, where along the spectrum do gun owners fall? What concessions and erosions of your Second Amendment right do you agree to, or at least don't challenge? Do you agree to restricting everyones' right to open carry? Or just not to open...
Tylerw02's advice seems like a good way to go. Likewise, if you chose the SWFA or Vortex you should be able to recoup most of your investment later (assuming you take care of the scope) if you want to sell it to upgrade.
Please don't misconstrue my post as legal advice, but if your concern is real then speaking to a licensed attorney in your state with knowledge of the applicable statutes and appellate law would seem highly advisable. Law libraries are full of appellate decisions interpreting statutes and...
I understand your anger and frustration as you cited the facts...(1) tech repeatedly telling you that you need a new barrel even after you tell him to simply send it back without repair; (2) the tech telling you that the crown is bad and that it won't shoot which turns out seemingly to be in...
I have had a strion for years and it has served me well. I am looking to purchase a new one with the higher lumens and led. I saw one review indicating there may be overheating issues. If anyone has one can you give me your opinion/feedback. Thanks
I just purchased a cheap (under $300) unit for the limited purposes of zeroing scope at 100 yards and seeing .308 holes at 100-300 yards range. Granted, even with my eyeglasses I don't have particularly great vision, but I am returning the scope after one try. I could see the .308 holes at 100...
I don't know what Tibau consistently drops before his fights, but I do recall hearing on the UFC that Hendricks routinely cuts down about 45 pounds to make 170.
I purchased a wheeler and I seems to have worked fine...recently mounted a new scope and zeroed it without any problem. And I certainly understand a strong reluctance to spend $100 to $150 for a tool that gets used very infrequently for most of us. I've also spoken with some longtime shooters...
For purposes of my understanding: IF my scope's mechanical zero just happened to be dead on at 100 yards when on a 0 MOA base and then I install a 20 MOA base wouldn't I have to adjust my scope down 20 MOAs to stay zeroed at 100 yards? Thanks for answers and explanations.
