Re: Places to get a good cerakote finish? I'm sure he could. He does lots of pattern work. He does Duracoat as well and uses that for most of his stock work and Cerakote for his metal work.

Re: Boots recommendation Try Kennetrek Hardscrabbles or Hardscrabble light. Italian made, great boot, meets every request you have, no gore-tex but waterproof. Company is local to Bozeman and will resole or repair at any time. I love mine. Can't go wrong. Lee

Re: Which laser range finder?? I have ranged deer to 700 yds with my Zeiss with no problems. I have not ranged farther than that. Mine is very nice and on trees, brush, rocks etc. I have ranged to 1400 no problme in the heat/mirage etc. I'm in MS so we have plenty of heat/humidity. Ha!

Re: DPMS SASS is it worth the price/how do they shoot I've always heard good things about them but have not eprsonally shot them. 2 buddies have them and they rave about them. I am drooling over the LMT .308 though.
