Re: barrel length for a .260 I wasn't sure whether to go 24-26 or 18-20 with the .260 so I asked Randy to build me a .260 with a 22" barrel because that length is in between the two...It prints 5" groups at 1000 yds so obviously the barrel length is fine and Randy built me a great gun....

Re: Hensoldt on a Surgeon Action - Anyone using it? I cant show a pic of the Hensoldt but my S&B 5-25x56 cleared on my Surgeon Scalpel .308 with 1" M40A3 rings...both scopes are 34mm tube and 56mm Obj. but there could be a difference I'm not sure...Pic below for reference....
