Is this still for sale?

As mentioned above, Fritz is the man to go to. I had him re-barrel my 300WM, and it shoots lights out.

I talked to Adam of over at Mile High Shooting. He seems very knowledgeable. So, I decided to go with them. Hopefully all goes well with my build, fingers crossed.
