Rifle Scopes After a year and a half my sr-8m is here

Ok, so I put an order in with Lazy for an sr-8m a year and a half ago. After some waiting and some rework by USO it is finally here. Firstly let me say that Lazy was excellent to deal with throughout this entire process, but I think his reputation already speaks for itself here. I don't have...

    Rifle Scopes Will USO Survive???

Yes they will. They still offer a fantastic line up of optics that are bomb proof. They are still innovating with new models and have a core following. Beyond that, their customer service is second to none. Obviously no one wants to have to use the customer service but heaven help you if you...

Rifle Scopes ARD - Do you use one? Why? Why Not?

I use a USO ard. I asked this questions a few years ago. Here is that thread. I have had nothing but positive experiences with mine. http://www.snipershide.com/shooting/snipers-hide-rifle-scopes/128437-ard-useful.html

Rifle Scopes Will a USO LR-17 fit into a spuhr one piece mount?

It has the 30mm tube. I had heard about the 34mm ones being adjusted for tpal, didn't know if something like that existed for 30mm. Thanks!

Rifle Scopes Will a USO LR-17 fit into a spuhr one piece mount?

title says it all. Will a USO LR-17 fit into a spuhr one piece mount? I am looking at the SP-3601 or similar mount for an LR-17 I have on order. I couldn't find ring spacing specifications so I don't know if the rings are far enough apart to accommodate the scope. Thanks!

Rifle Scopes Anyone heard from Lazy21?

Lazy, when you hear something from USO can you just post in this thread? That way we can all be updated. Thanks!

Rifle Scopes Blue flare / color fringing

I see no chromatic abberation in my USO scopes except a little bit at the highest magnification. I think all scopes have at least a small amount of this effect, but as I said, my USO doesn't exhibit this enough for me to even notice it under normal conditions.

Rifle Scopes Hensoldt/ Zeiss shitty service heads up

Threads like this make me happy I have US Optics gear. Customer service is second to NONE. Glad you are finally getting your optic sorted, sounds like it was a nightmare.

Rifle Scopes US Optics SR-8C Quick Review

I ordered mine with the dual illumination through Lazy21. I can't wait for that bad boy to ship! Seeing these pictures has got me even more excited. I have been following this optic since it got announced at shot show last year.

Rifle Scopes Torque wrench bits for Torx screws

I have a wheeler wrench that I recently replaced with the Borka tool kit. In my opinion the wheeler is a piece of junk that is out of spec. The Borka is light years better than the wheeler, but it is also more expensive. In this case I really believe you get what you pay for.

Im going to need one of these...

Alternatively whenever you get the desire to shoot something like that just jump into the air and land on your shoulder and then light a $10 bill on fire. Same effect and you don't have to spend the money on the rifle!

Nope, this thing is registered as a pistol!

Sidearms & Scatterguns My new lever action toy

They make them in 45LC, 44 mag, and 357 mag. They are pretty accurate once you figure out how to hold the damn thing. It can hit a 4 inch target at 75-100 yards pretty easily.

Sidearms & Scatterguns My new lever action toy

So I know this thing isn't practical, tactical, or modern. It is, however, one of my new favorite things to shoot. It is a Chiappa take-down 1892 mare's leg chambered in 44 magnum. It really is a thing of beauty with the case hardened receiver, walnut stock and grip, and octagonal barrel. I...
