    HELP!!! Cannon Safe WON'T UNLOCK!!!

    My Cannon safe would NOT lock a few weeks ago. I called Cannon (sounded like scripted overseas CS) and after about 2 minutes of her not understanding English and this problem not being in her data bank I hung up. The next day it finally LOCKED. You get what you pay for I guess. 20"x40"x5' FWIW

    4 digit Rem 700?

    How rare? Rem 700 LA std bolt, stubby shroud, flat safety. Shocked me when I looked closer because it had been ceracoated tan and dropped in an HS stock with a varmint barrel. SN 17xx.

    Re: order a new stock or make one work?? McMillan can open it up for you in less than 4-5 months. I had them reinlet for a different DBM and it took a few weeks. Call them for current lead times. I didn't trust myself with a dremel.
