I have a Seal buddy who happens to in fact be a ninja that has that almost exact setup. INCLUDING the 3 barrel firing kit. He zeroed them all at 44 yards. Hes a ninja. I don't ask questions....

120 for longer periods or 150 for 20min or less. I have personally seen stocks split right down the middle from being cured too hot or for too long. I hadnt worked at Manners for very long and I did it myself..
Cerakote is hard to beat on metal. Gunkote is good but it will gloss up with wear, almost like its getting polished. Duracoat is handy because its easy but its not the most consistent as far as colors.
