The very few times I've interacted with state troopers here, they've always been squared away and decent.
Like all other groups, cops exist on a curve. On one end youve got true saints, individuals who would run into a burning house, or frozen river, because thats the kind they are. Or like the one in the video will go out of his way to help you.
On the other end, you've got the true devils, the ones who shame their badge and even the air they breathe.
Most fall somewhere in between.
I lived in Virginia most of my life and knew a few Troopers. My uncle was one. Mostly good men doing a job. Those I've encountered in Kansas and Arkansas are a different breed...more akin to:
Skunks.
