I see that DR Guns has the Sig Kilo3000BDX for $820.50 with free shipping because it's over $500 and has them in stock. They charge 2.7% for credit card use. Here's their listing on Gunbroker. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/888526039 I've bought rifle scopes from them before and they were...
So... My old rangefinder seems to be dying finally and I thought I'd go ahead and make the leap to the Sig Kilo 3000 BDX and order the Kestrel at the same time if I could get a package deal. 1. Is the Sig Kilo 3000 BDX still the latest and greatest? 2. Which model Kestrel pairs with it the...
I think I'll contact Doug too. Is the Kestrel 5700 ELITE Applied Ballistics Weather Meter with Bluetooth LiNK still the correct Kestrel to get to pair with the Sig 3000 BDX?
By the way there is no shortage of them on Gunbroker where the whores of firearms and scopes sell but right now they're all trying to get $1199 for one.
That's why I assumed that they were introducing a new model. That's often what happens before a new model release but I'm not familiar with Sig and some of the other posters here are.
You might have a problem finding one and don't forget that Shot Show is going on right now and they might release a new model at the Show.... Just a thought.
Thanks for the valuable info... I think I'll get back on the fence and hope there is a "new and improved" version of the Kilo 3000 coming soon presumably shortly after Shot 2020.
Finally got to speak with Doug and not only is he out of them but he's being told it will be February before he can get more. I looked around and the only one that seems to have them in stock is Amazon. In the past when things disappear just before Shot Show it often means that a new model is...
I assume you mean that your ATACR is a 5-25x50 rather than the 5-35x50? It would help greatly if you mention the model number of the scope which will be on the end of the box and will start with a "C". Would you also tell me what the "6x scope screws" are? I'm not familiar with them.
So I'd really like to get a Kilo 3000 but it seems that Amazon has by far the best price and I'd rather not deal with them and get an older model that doesn't have the upgrades and I'd like to deal with a vendor on here. Does anyone know where I can get a new (already fixed) model for a...
First I'll introduce myself. I'm LDHunter (Long Distance Hunter) and have been handloading my own ammo for over 50 years now and I'm starting to consider myself a low grade amateur. LOL I live in the panhandle of Florida and hunt whitetails on leased land. Here's my question. I read in...
Ever since the 6.5 Creedmoor hit the scene all the rifles chambered in 260 Remington started scattering shots all over the targets and there hasn't been even one head of game killed with one. You should probably have yours melted down or have a priest perform an exorcism on it. Get a 6.5...
Ammo can be so good in one rifle that it shoots one hole groups and all over the place in another rifle so it's certainly NOT all ammo. There are way too many variables to try to pin it down to only one.
If you own a 338 Lapua and want some Lapua brass for it then you're not likely to ever see a sale price like this again. It's so good it must be a misprint but I just bought 2 boxes of 100 for a buddy. The price is almost good enough to make me go rifle shopping... LOL...
