    Haven't had them in much wind to speak of yet. I'll know the closer to winter I get. It's been calm and muggy till this week. It seems pretty sturdy by pushing against the targets.

    Official Crossfit milestone achieved...

    What are you guys eating before and after your CF sessions? I feel like I need something in my system before I go but if I dont eat I crash at the end. Crash meaning I could lay down and sleep for a couple hours at least. Any advice would be great.
