    Where can I get a Weatherby headspace/bump gauge???

    Awesome, thanks guys. I ordered the .400 gauge and it worked perfectly. Come to find out I was bumping my brass .012 which was leading to case separation at around 5x firing on the brass. Because of this handy little gauge I am able to dial in a .0015 bump -- thanks again for the help!

    I have a 10mm eclipse that is great....my Kimber is better put together than the new custom STI I bought around the same time. I guess YMMV. The Kimber Eclipse I have is great.

    Will a 280 Rem Hornady Lock n Load modified case work in a 280 ackley?

    I am trying to avoid having to wait and send off a 280 ackley cartridge to Hornady if I can help it.....would a standard 280 Rem hornady modified case headspace correctly to give me an accurate OAL measurement in my 280 AI? Or do I really need the case to have the blown out shoulder to get a...

    Gunsmithing Dallas area gunsmith to true Rem 700 receiver.

    I have used Gene Williams and S&S. Both are great, but my vote goes to Gene Williams in Princeton (by a small margin). He built my 257 Wby and it is a lazer Stic built my 280 AI and it is a shooter too.

    Can brass be too old (age) to reload???

    My Dad dropped off some 7mm Mag brass that is 1979/1980 era brass that was once fired. Can brass be too old to reload? It was stored properly in a low humidity area and looks OK. Just didn't know if brass becomes brittle or something when its old.

    Leica 1600 Rangefinder-Is this a good deal?

    I have a chance to get a Leica 1600 Range Finder-Factory repaired, but new for $519....is this an "ok" deal or a "get off your butt and go get them now" deal? They also have a nice set of Leupold Rx1000i yd range finder too for only $239 is the Leica worth the extra $$$?

    280 Ackley Improved Build

    Re: 280 Ackley Improved Build Great Round!! I have one with a Kreiger 1:9 twist. Absolute hammer with 140 accubonds, 168 VLDS. I just got 200 162 amaxs I want to try out. I use Nosler and Rem fireform brass.

    Anybody have an RCBS case prep center go out?

    I have a case prep center that is exactly one-year old. Got it last year for my bday on 10/17 and last night it just quit working. It is not used very much, probably ran an average of 15 minutes total per month. Is there a re-set button somwhere? Just wont turn on now....Anybody have this happen?
