I'm shooting a LTR .308 and my dad is shooting a model 11 sporter weight savage. How would you go about testing/developing a load that worked or just say forget it and buy a second set of dies and start from scratch with the second rifle.

What are some of ya'll doing to take high resolution pictures through your scopes? I can get a half decent picture through the scope using my crappy camera phone but can never seem to get a decent picture with my Digital Rebel.

Does it rank way low on the preference chart? Have a bunch from federal gold medal but I rarely see anyone talking about loading with it.
