I have a fulton armory in 6.5 creedmoor and have always has ejecter swipes on hornady 140gn ammo and duplicate reloaded ammo. I also get primer flow around the firing pin. I know if i reduce the load by .5gn the problems go away. i tried slash heavy buffers ans springs with no help.
Im shooting 41.5 H4350 140 AMAX out of a 24in 6.5 creedmoor DPMS LR type. i get ejector swipes and primer flow on that recipe and hornady factory ammo. using some ones crono i got 2660 AVG from my gun.
Well if you dont want to screw it up, then i would not change the buffer tube length, spring, and weight at all. Any changes to those parts will change the timing of the action. Why do you want to get an adjustable stock? Do you want to change the length of pull? check Luth AR, Magpul PRS for...

So I just got my SLR adjustable gas block working and that didn't solve my ejector swipes. So Im going to get a heaver buffer to delay the bolt opening. I have a LR308 DPMS pattern chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor using an A2 buttstock. I am currently using a DPMS LR308 buffer weight and spring...
So before seating a bullet the outer diameter of the neck was 0.288. After seating the bullet, the neck is 0.291. I had to pull 3 rounds, 1 bullet had the jacket striped off on one side, the second one had scrape marks on the bullet. the last bullet was fine. I have noticed when making my...
I have been reloading for my semi-auto DPMS pattern AR, 24in Fulton Armory. when i need to pull a bullet, it takes 10 wood deforming strikes on the hammer. I am also having increasing ejector swipes. I am using the Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension 2-Die Set 6.5 Creedmoor and hornady brass...
