Re: Suppressing .22 Mag How effective is suppressing a .22MAG? I have never heard of subsonic .22MAG rounds but maybe I missed something. Just seems like suppressing a .22MAG would result in very little suppression. That is if you are putting it on a rifle. If its for a pistol it may work...
Re: Mosquito or P22 for suppression I have a Buckmark with a TacSol threaded barrel to attach my TAC65. It is great and hasn't given me any problems. Accurate as all get out. I have, however, been looking for a smaller platform. I'm familiar with the P22 issues, but I do think it is a...
Re: Teludyne Tech StraightJacket http://www.gunsamerica.com/blog/extreme-accuracy-makeover-the-teludyne-tti-tech-straightjacket/ The jacket is pulling heat away from the barrel and since aluminum cools faster than steel you can touch it. Interesting concept. I may have to give it a try...
Re: Glock Magazines As far as I know, the only difference with magazines should be with the follower. Glock has made several different versions of followers. The new Gen4 G22 is ambi.
Re: is it bad to leave ammo is a magazine ? There have been reports that XD mags will bulge if left fully loaded for long periods of time. I couldn't tell as I don't own what but that is what some instructors told me. Buy Glock and keep your mags loaded.

Ok, I've finally talked myself into building an AR. I think I am going to go with a pistol build so I can use a short barrel and later get it SBR'd and put a stock on it. I'm thinking of a 10.5" barrel, flat top upper. That's pretty much as far as I have thought for right now. This build...
Re: Thureon Defense 9mm Carbine?? Ok, I think I might just go ahead and build a 9mm AR. This will be my first AR build. I probably won't want to shoot .223 very often but I think I'll get a regular lower anyway in case I want to at a later date. I'm looking at the Spikes Tactical stripped...
I was lurking around over at GlockTalk.com and saw an add for the Thureon Defense Carbine. I took a look at their website (http://www.thureondefense.com/) and it looks like a nice tidy platform. They only offer the one weapon in either carbine or pistol. Looks very intriguing. The iron...
Re: Diamondback 380 I really like the looks of this one. Does it have last shot hold open? I've been looking at the Kahr P380 and one this it really has going for it is last shot hold open.
Re: Concealed carry pistol My opinion is that you should not be uncomfortable and should not have to dress in baggy clothes to carry a pistol. This pistol should fit you not the other way around.

Re: Concealed carry pistol I'm a slim guy and I have trouble even carrying my G26 in the summertime when I don't feel like wearing a jacket or the like. The Glock is just to thick for discreet summertime carry for me. I have been reading about the new .380 deep carry pistols (Kel-Tec P3AT...
Re: Manners T4 stock The screws/cross-bolts actually tie the chassis to the stock sides. The chassis is actually bedded into the stock then the cross bolts are added for overkill. Thank you very much, What he said...
