    barrel break in

    I have just purchased 2 aw rifles one in 308 win and 338 lapua. These are my first new rifles. I have been useing a used ssg 69 so I have no experience with new rifle breakin and I would like to get this right the first time with these two fine rifles. Thanks

    Savage MK II FV - Barrel break in, Yes or No?

    So I just set up my new Savage MK II FV. EGW 20 MOA base and a Bushnell 3200. My question is, is it necassary/prudent to break in the barrel on this weapon just as I would any other? I had planned on it but didn't want to waste my effort if it was not a good idea. Thanks as always for the advice.

    Gunsmithing how about a muzzel break fo my GAP

    Hey guys I just got the GAP Sniper Country Limited edition from Hawk Gunner and im torn whether or not just to put a cap on the threaded barrel or get a muzzel break for it. Any Ideas it has a 5/8 x 24 thread

    Got my scope base today and I went to mount up my scope on my newly reworked Rem700 so I could take some pics and show off, and somehow I managed to break the rifle already. I mounted the base and made sure the action still cycled OK (in case the screws were too long or something). No issue...

    Where do i get a .308 muzzle break?

    Probaly a stupid noob question but, i cant seem to find one. Ive got a savage 10fp with a threaded barrel and was wanting to put a muzzle break on it instead of the plain ol cap. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

    Clamp-on muzzle break - does it last?

    I wonder if anybody has experience of the Ebiarms clamp-on muzzle break and can tell if it lasts when clamped on, or if it blows away after a couple of hundered shots? Looks like this: Seems rigid to me, but I have heard that a brake should be threaded to last...
