Ok, I did a search using the Google Search Engine. I know that it says 2.5:1 on the cans of Devcon....but I suck at ratios. So how many teaspoons or table spoons...didn't know if there was any "magic" to mixing this stuff. Thanks
I tried bedding for the first time and ended up with a guard screw stuck in it's pillar. It's a headless screw from Score-Hi and actually cracked at the head somehow. I was wondering if anyone knew of any compound that can dissolve Devcon once it's hardened.
Was looking at the Devcon metal-putty selection and was wondering if "Titanium-Putty" would give me any problems? One of its suggested uses if to repair parts intended to be precision machined. Sounds like a good quality, suggesting its uber stable...Plus, its fuckin' TITANIUM! Assuming this...
I started a weekend project thinking I had enough Brownell's Steel Bed left over from previous jobs to get it all done. Now I'm out and need more for the next phase of the project. Are there any auto or chain stores that typically stock Devcon?
I am bedding my HS stock and am looking for bedding material. Brownells has Devcon steel putty and Devcon aluminum putty. Which should I be using? I have a Rem 700 SPS varmint rifle and an HS stock that has a little bit of aluminum in it(behind the recoil lug area and on the side walls and where...
