I look threw the search for this question
Would have thought that it came up be for
But I wonder if the Colt 1991 would work for a nice custom job
I always read the the colt 70 is the best platform to use for a build?

BTW looks like I will need to start to reload
With the law going crazy here in NY ammo is going to be tough to get
So might as well get under way
I am so glad I did not sell my MEC 9000 presses in 20 & 12 gauge
 
The 1991 is just an 80 series colt. Done several builds on them. They are a good base to work from, just a lot of plastic, and junk internals, all happen to be parts I would be replacing anyways.
