Material availability being what it is, I load what I can find. That said, I've found myself with a few pounds of IMR 4064, Federal 215M primers, Lake City brass and SMK HPBT 175s. Does anyone have a recipe, for this combination?

Depends on your seating, but 43.5g should get you roughly 2,650 and a pretty stable load.. I haven't used it in a while as I have Varget and IMR4895, but I got decent results right around that charge.

Anything between 41.5-43.5 will do the trick, but like JB said, depends on your seating. Also depends on your brass and case capacity. I think LC has less capacity than Lapua, but don't quote me on that.
Personally, I shoot the following 175 SMK load out of a Savage 10 FCP-SR (which has a shorter throat than a 700)

41.5 - 42.5 does the trick in my Savage 10 FCP-SR. 2.220 oal using a hornady comparator. 41.5 gives me 2600 FPS, 42.5 gives me 2650 with no pressure signs. This is 70 degrees. For comparison, 41.5 at 0 degrees gives me 2560fps.

All the 308 LC brass I have has a decrease in volume compared to about any other type of brass that can get you in trouble fast. Duplicate loads using FGMM vs. LC brass had a full 0.6 gr difference.

I run a copy of the MK316 load. Shoots great out of both bolt and semi auto. 41.7gr of IMR 4064 in LC brass with 175SMK.
In my R700 with barrel setback and rechambered for M852/FGMM, I was shooting LC91 and LC93 Match brass, GM210M primer with 4064 behind a 175smk at 2.810" OAL and getting 2650 fps with sd of 7-9. Winter (40F and below) I use 42.6gr. Above 40F I use 42.4gr.
WARNING... Above you mentioned fed 215 primers, everyone needs to take note those are magnum primers, so start 15% at least below book data for a standard primer... Careful, and more jump the safer...
41.7 of IMR4064 in LC Match brass, WLR primers and 175 SMK work great in my 20" 308 Rem 700, solid hits at 1K .

I think it depends on your barrel twist rate. My 1:12 shoots ok between 45.2 and 43. I'm keeping my oal as close to 2.80.
I'm embarrassed to say if I checked it I did not record it. I have been messing around with a number of loads and bullet weights but I do not see the data on that one. As soon as I get more 4064 and 175SMK's I will post it. Sorry, all I have now is 168SMKs and Varget to shoot.
No worries, a couple of weeks ago, I worked up a load using the same components from 41.5g - 43.0g in .3 grain increments and had some good results but I didn't chrono them. I'll go back and chrono the loads that shot the tightest groups. I'll post my results when I get that done.
