AICS 2.0 or Manners stock? price slightly a issue

Action: Stiller left hand TAC 338.


Ok so which is more cost effective? A T4 or a AICS 2.0 (with the mod that voids AICS warranty to get his action to fit/issue?)

T4A manners stock $615.00 + what else to get it going? I think i need badger m5 and some bedding. total cost?

I don't have experience with AICS. I do currently shoot a Stiller action,Jewell trigger, Manners Stock with mini-chassis, and highly recommend the combo

Manners told me the Mini doesn't work with the 338 action stiller makes.

Totally different stocks. Get behind both and make your decision based off of that.

My main issue is I can't get behind either. My question wasn't which one to buy as far as what I would like.

I think I will like both stocks really. My question: Which stock is cheaper after bedding and the lower mag/trigger guard housing.

I'd call the smitch you plan on using and ask them for a quote both ways. Also, many smiths still do a skim bedding on an AICS so there is cost there also.

Cost is a wash. Not enough to go with a stock you don't like.
