Gunsmithing Aluminum Stock Design

I have 95% of an aluminum stock designed and wanted to ask a question for those who might have tried something similar. For the bedding block portion of the stock, do I want to have the action rest in a round bottom like a glass bedded stock or have it pulled into a "V" shape? Some of the AL pillars I have seen for pillar bedding just have a V shaped notch on top.

Should I have it cut a little rough with a round bottom and skim bed it?

I went with a miror copy of the action if you do it you mught as well do it right

Manners and XLR use a V bottom.

Whidden has and uses a V block system.
