Your precious PVS-15 is dirty! Countless hours of sleep lost because you've heard cleaning the lenses will scratch them.
What is a poor soul to do!
Yes mostly for our own amusement and maybe yours. Its Wednesday you need a laugh.
Video and pictures for your own step by step procedure! Don't worry this is endorsed by all SOCOM, Navy Seals, Warfighters, First Responders, Second Responders, Generals etc etc.

Kids before you try this at home. Take the battery out and make sure the battery cap is correctly attached and tight.

Anytime I get sand, grit or dirt in my optics I wash them in the same way. They're waterproof for a reason. Trying to brush, blow & flick Florida silica sand out of optics is just asking for trouble.
