Recently I had an issue with a Weaver Tactical optic … created a ticket on Monday. Got a FedEx label from them the same day.
Sent it off. Optic arrived Tuesday … received the email that it has been evaluated on Thursday and replacement unit was sent out and received today (Saturday).
