CED M2 Bag ?

What are you guys using for transporting the CED M2 to and fro the range ?

I have the infrared screens and battery pack. I hate putting all of this in my MidwayUSA bag because I feel like it's about to snap as it is...

I see CED has a bag for this guy, but the reviews on Midway's site conflicts.

I'm only using the basic screens which don't need the power pack, but I use the standard $5 "walley world" type plastic box shown below:

It holds everything including the tripod.

I use a MidwayUSA range bag specifically for all my chrono stuff. More than enough room.

I have a CED bag IMO it does not have enough room, actually its not an opinion, it does not have enough room. I am going to the hard box solution.

Are you using the compact bag? I have this bag and it holds everything except for the tripod:

- CED M2
- Skyscreens (both IR and traditional)
- Battery Pack
- Sensors
- Recharge plug

I was useing the bag produced by CED it is about 8" sq and about 30" long. The Midway bag is much larger

I had a large midway bag, but sold it because I hate black gun bags. I'm holding out for one of the new OD bags.

I'll probably go with the Wally World box.

I just hate having those expensive screens and unit in what seems like a fairly flimsy bag. I just don't want to break anything. I wasn't sure if the CED bag was the solution here. Sounds like it's not.

Pete - is that one of those $5 or $8 tool boxes ?

I use a cardboard box specifically made for it and reinforced with duct tape. It only cost me $0 and fits perfectly. I don't look cool at the range, but there just ain't any way to make someone with a chronograph look cool.

I use a PACT Professional and needed a way to carry it so I got a Doscosil Takedown Shotgun Case. GTG.
