Not the biggest picture on the Hide but I am happy with him. 16 7/8" inside, G2's are 10 1/2" and G3's are 9 1/2". I had not seen this buck since my daughter missed him on our Youth Hunting Day. That was the first time she has missed ever! She is thirteen now and has held and shot the rifle since she was eight in the deer woods. She said she was shaking too bad, I am sure we all know that feeling. he decided to show back up Thanksgiving morning when the Code Blue tricked his senses. A 150 grain Barnes XBT at fifty yards dropped him where he stood. Altogether that little rifle has accounted for five this year between myself, my seven year old son and my daughter. The 7mm-08 is a dandy little round for ALL ages.

Makes me miss the 7-08 that I swapped off, really liked that gun but I had some bills that needed payed, shot mainly light bullets in it for varmints and plinking, really nice deer by the way.

Reeljob I have been shooting a 7 mag for 14 years until I got married and bought my wife a 7mm-08. After I saw some of the deer she shot with the 120 grain Barnes TTSX I had a 7-08 built for me. I LOVE THAT round and use it more than my 7 mag now. Nice Deer I bet you wish your daughter would have hit it during youth season though

Msuhunter,My daughter has taken several does and really wants a buck. I had been scouting that deer for awhile hoping she would get it. Maybe next year will be her year.
