So police admit they made a false stop on the motor vehicle and than beyond getting an identification on the driver they than ask a passenger not in any sort of a violation status for his ID.

The hinge point is the initial stop.

If its determined the stop was not lawful everything that comes after is tainted.

You can ask a passenger in a car to identify but if they are not in any sort of violation status they can tell you to eat a bag of dicks.

I understand the duress in plea dealings of talking one punishment vs another but to threaten a guy with public embarrassment by releasing evidence?

Shouldnt what the prosecutor is threatening to do be considered the crime of "Sexting"?
