DDM/hunter/work rifle

I gave up on my 300 blackout build for various reasons(impractical)

So I'm wanting to get something I'll actually use..I want to build a ar308...but after adding up my build it looks like I'll be spending as much as just buying a tier 1 companies koolaid

Can anyone recommend me something close to these specs

Must accept pmags 7.62
16" barrel(ss preferred/cl if accurate)
Ctr stock
Shortest gas system= mid length
Gissele trigger or equivelant
Sub MOA
Able to handle high rate of fire like a champ...cause I plan on taking off the magnification and running the T1 in a few carbine classes
