Not sure how many of you are keeping tabs on this story at all, but I live directly across the street from Marine Barracks 8th & I here in DC, it was hit yesterday morning around 8am. Media hasn't released that story yet, not sure why though. Any of you guys in LE have any ideas on the shooter/their motivation? I haven't heard anything on caliber, numbers of shots at each location, etc.

The story going around (up here) is that 'it must be a disgruntled Marine'. Personally, I have a hard time with that, considering that any Marine I've dealt with just WOULD NOT DO THAT.
