I have a 1:8tw .22-243AI that is quite the little monster, that .22-6mm should be a real hummer!!!

With 47.5 grs of rl25 I'm running 3320 and with 48 grs I'm running 3380 with 80gr Bergers coal 2.955

This was the first 10 rounds out of the barrel at 100 yards

3 shots at 300

Action fit pretty much perfectly only thing I noticed was the little Allen screw that holds the bolt release in was putting pressure on the stock which I didn't like, so we took the screw out grinded it down problem solved, but other than that it fits like a glove

I feel your pain I have several builds by Omar and not one of them can I buy ammo over the counter. But they all hammer down range.

What kind of velocities are you getting out of your 22-243AI

Laddered up to 3510 with 80Amaxs and 3625 with 75Amaxs
Current 75Amax load is w/H1000, settled in @ 3575. Wicked ballistics, super accurate, and not overpressured.

Your larger case should be able to reproduce those speeds & then some!

Edit for load info:
I run RL-25 in my straight .22-243, get 3430 with 75s.

When I tried RL-25 in my AI, found it was runnin' ~150fps slower than H1000. Super accurate, just slow in comparison.
And my friend is runnin' 80s @3500+ with Retumbo in his .22-243AI, same reamer/throat specs as my AI.

So went out today to try some h1000 loads and retumbo loads and got some awesome results! H-1000 49.6grs 3581 avg., SD 3 ES 7, Retumbo load 50grs 3519 avg., SD 4 and ES 7, velocities were takin with magneto v-2, will go out later this week to confirm groups, very excited about new loads

PS- be sure to work up to these loads if you decided to try these loads in your gun, could be a hot load in your weapon
