Well this is the savage that I bought.

in .260 remington
I bought 20 Rem Accubond bullets and was only seeing 3 MOA on Sunday. I cleaned the rifle several times and also shot about 18 shots of ladders for IMR4350 and H4831.
Could have been several things.
1. I removed the plastic stock to adjust the Accutrigger. And reinstalled to reasonable torque. I could have messed it up.
2. I was shooting off the bipod
3. the Nikon 3x9 entry scope could have been moving around
4. The stock could have been hitting.
5. The gun was kicking pretty hard, (it's only about 7 pounds) so it could have been me flinching. I am pretty sensitive to recoil which is why I am shooting a 260 rem.
Any pointers? Next step is to start accuracy testing with these formulas.
IMR4350 less than 43gr Hornady 140 HPBT match, Lapua brass, WLR
H 4831 less than 48gr Hornady 140 HPBT match, Lapua brass, WLR
How can I get this animal to shoot better?
