Suppressors Form 1 out of state

Greetings. This may be posted in the wrong area.

I currently live in FL and submitted form1 back in February. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances I will be relocating to Michigan within the next month (sbr/suppressor are legal there) I tried calling the ATF hotline but got no answer.

What is going to happen to my application? Can I call and have changes made while it's being reviewed? Or am I screwed?

Which form exactly needs to be filled out to transport my supressor to it's new home in Michigan (trust)?

Is my trust that I established in Florida, valid in other states?

A lot of questions guys, sorry. Hoping someone has been through this.

Assuming you are positive your SBR is legal in your new location, you could just wait for approval and then file a 5320.20 to change your address to your new location. The only issue is making sure the completed F1 gets to you at your new address.
