I just got my form 1 SBR on a trust, six months to the day I sent it. I would have had it sooner but there was a two week delay because it was sent back for a correction.

My wait was bad, but this last week has been hell. Approved 03/06/2013 and still nothing! Something is up with the mail around here. I just got something in the mail that was sent on 03/08/2013 got here 03/14/2013 and the distance between the two cities is maybe 50 miles.

The one shop that I dealt with for a number of cans noticed that it took two full weeks from approved and into his mailbox.

Been waiting 7 months for approval on DD -- Boys Antitank Rifle. If I had wanted to convert it to .50 BMG I could have had the seller (a Class III manufacturer) do a barrel swap and walked out the door with it on simple 4473. But so many have been converted to .50, that I wanted to keep it in original .55 Boys with original barrel. Thus the DD. It will be worth it. Been contemplating a 60mm mortar... Price is right, but the wait time is a pain.

My 7 stamps with Sept 14 pending, approved March 6, just arrived March 15. Took way longer in part due to slow mail and also lost a good two weeks due to paperwork problem. I went to pick up my stuff and my buddies stamps had hit problem status. I looked at his problem status letter and they were the same issues as mine. OAL must be with stock extended no matter what the dang form said you copied. It has to match perfectly what they have in the computer or it will be rejected.

I have already forgotten about the wait. Spent all day cleaning shooting and otherwise playing with my new toys.

Jay, jason here im class 3 dealer (sot) in florida, are current wait times are running right at 6 months. I spoke with an agent this past monday for a current update on expected wait times for form 4"s, she said " it taking 4-6 weeks to process your check then you are in pending for 4-5 months"
