I developed a simple reloading database which you can use to track your reloading recipes in FileMaker Pro. A pair of screenshots show what it looks like below. If you want it, send me a message, and I'll send it via WeTransfer or something similar. You have to have the FileMaker Pro database application on your Mac or PC, though. The Labels view is, so you can print a small version to tape into your ammo box lid or powder dispenser. The input and output layouts are self-explanatory. I left some example data in there for yout reference, and you can delete it and add your own. The database is not locked, so you can edit it to your heat's content!
