My experience is not as good....contacted them to get replacement.....have not received a replacement and not heard back from them....I received two tips with mirrors from Teslong yesterday to replace the tip missing a mirror. They were great about responding to my emails and immediately sending the correct part.

The issue with the mirror is our stupid mistake. Currently I have received 5 feedbacks about the mirror. I can't imagine why there are such low-level mistakes.
