First post, this seems to be the place to come for bolt action info. I'm looking for my ultimate all purpose bolt rifle(30-06 due to versatility and availability of ammo, 22" barrel for maneuverability, and ultra durable and accurate)...I've been been looking hard at the GAP Rock, as it has a lot of the features I'm looking for. The one concern I have, is I'm afraid it may be a little heavier than what I want. Can someone give me an idea of what kinda weight I'd be looking at on a 22", long action GAP Rock? Thanks.
