You left off the "attempted assault of a police officer", when Chief Guido tried to grab Officer Billy Mac's arm.

The drunk chief showed up because he was so upset over a jacket that he couldn’t wait till his bull lover was off duty , and ol bull lover cared about the jacket so much he went hands on, while at work on duty at a dui accident site .

Drunk asshole chief was force retired a few weeks ago. He is a shining example of corruption of power. He probably used that exact tone and inflection when he was forcing teenage boys to suck his dick in order to avoid arrest.
