I bought a Konus Spot 80 spotting scope recently off of amazon.com. There's a large piece of dirt / dust in the lens. Not nit picking, this thing is the size of the titanic. I've given Konus 'lifeline' a call and have left two messages on their lifeline answering machine and have not received a call back yet (over the course of 4-5 days now). Is there any better way of getting customer service from Konus? So far I'm not impressed.
