Kyle Rittenhouse arrested for murder

Was part of a response to when someone suggested I come to Wisconsin. My bad for not using the reply button Dickweed.

I don't know you so tell me dick weed ,you seem to be stinking of Demonrat filth but I will let you say one way or the other because it's your world and I'm a guest.

But isn't that a good thing? He's building a fund to defend all patriots that need it, or at least that's the way it looks. I may be wrong, just wondering.

I think so. He fixed it. You can do either now. I think his intention was sound...”others are going to need help soon”... and he just fired a warning shot at Twitter over Ann Colters ban threat...

So... good cause, on the right team... just can’t take money under one name and switch it to another.

but... he fixed it. Both options are available now... good on him.

POTUS should pardon him and give him Presidential Metal of Freedom.

For the record, I don't like the way this turned out any more than you do, but this is the world we live in and justice does not always prevail. It's not the Wild West where you can clean up the streets with a gun... even though sometimes that's exactly what's needed. Kyle Rittenhouse, you're free to go.

Only problem is Marky Mark ain't coming and neither is that upright government official. Its going to be a lawyer slug-fest.

Does anyone know what bullet he was shooting?

I saw the bicept pics. Sure wasn't an FMJ.

@jerryrva : “We don't need 17 year old kids crossing state lines making decisions about who to shoot during a protest along a city street.”

I took your post in over here because the donations thread is not the place to put that...

I’m not gonna disagree that a 17-year-old probably should not have been going someplace where he was bound to have to use lethal force to defend himself. Fundamentally the thing that bothers me is that he set up the circumstances to be attacked… Which is not necessarily a smart idea unless you’re in the military or you’re in law-enforcement.

But just because I might feel that way doesn’t change the law or the rules of engagement:

If you were standing there fundamentally minding your own business, you haven’t pointed a firearm at someone else, thus committing a felony assault, etc., and someone attacks you, you’re not breaking the law when you defend yourself.

when you look at all of the video: it’s entirety true kid really did nothing illegal aside from being out after the curfew.

at the end of the day whether you like it or not… Whether I like it or not… The kid was well within his rights to defend himself even if he foolishly set up the circumstances.

Then we move on to the fact that these rioters, who actuality appear to be using Molotov cocktails, throwing rocks, and being armed themselves, are out damaging peoples property and livelihoods.

many of the people on this board clearly support showing up as armed groups of citizens and defending places of business and citizens in general.

that is not fundamentally illegal or immoral. The only time it’s an issue is when prudence dictates that is not a good idea… But whether I like it or not the police weren’t capable of doing their job, which translates into you’re gonna have to break some eggs to make an omelette.

I don’t like it but that’s how it’s playing out.

frankly the 17-year-old was insanely lucky. Only some of his shot placement was excellent, contrary to what a lot of people are saying. He was able to keep his head about him and I have to give him hats off for that. Damn lucky no bystanders got killed…

I think it’s probable that he’s going to get off once all of the video is taken into consideration there is no jury that’s going to convict him.

All kidding and memes aside I feel it's now time I weigh in with my personal opinion on what Kyle did. Anyways, here goes.

I think the kid is a fucking moron who's lucky to still be alive. Who in their right mind would travel multiple states and put themselves in such a hostile situation like he did unless he was just being a busy body looking for a fight? Yes, he was justified in the shootings he did in self defense, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he himself DELIBERATELY put himself in that situation and that's what's gonna fuck him over in the murder trial he's gonna be having soon. Plus he's 17 and dumb so that means he's probably got stupid shit he's posted on his social media accounts that WILL be used against him in court.

As much as we all seem to be on the same page in that these Antifa and BLM fuckers destroying our country need a dirt nap, I can't look away from the fact that 17 year old Kyle's whole life is fucking ruined before he even made it to adulthood. And all for what? Because the politicians who are suppose to be enforcing laws on our streets refuse to do their jobs and force kids like Kyle to do their fucking jobs for them! I swear I feel like I'm in a fucking shitty reality show at times anytime I look at news. Hopefully this reality show will end with Trump saying "you're fired" to every politician who allowed this shit to get as bad as it did.

For anyone who says that Kyle was guilty because he was underage with a firearm and violated curfew is like trying to blame a rape victim because she wore a mini skirt, low cut blouse and walked through a construction zone.

No they shouldn't, they should not have to. but here we are in a time when our Government is standing mute against Marxist riots in the streets and our media is encouraging it to continue and fanning the flames. The decision he made was to stand and defend his community, from what I see the young man made good calls on who to shoot and held it together splendidly showing control and restraint. Open your eyes to the times we are living in. Study the history of the French & Russian revolutions and appreciate where you are in our timeline. Then stand or get on your knees, that's the only decision ahead of us.

I went across state lines this morning to grab breakfast at my sister's bakery. To us living close to state lines, they mean little more than a nuisance. If someone were to threaten their establishment and livelihood, I'd be the first one there to help.

Just being there didn't incite the fucktards to be violent.
He has as much right as any to be anywhere.
Lucky, you bet.
Life ruined, biased judicial will make sure of it.
My BIL has a saying, the more I practice/train the luckier I get.

In a statement by Rittenhouse’s legal team at Pierce Bainbridge, provided to the Gateway Pundit, “after Kyle finished his work that day as a community lifeguard in Kenosha, he wanted to help clean up some of the damage, so he and a friend went to the local public high school to remove graffiti by rioters.”

Additionally, the weapon Rittenhouse was using to protect himself and others never crossed state lines.

I'll never forget when I was a teenager I told my Dad " I'd rather be lucky than good". He looked at me and said " luck runs out. If your good you dont need luck". I've never forgotten that.

Maser you sound like the Iraqi imams who were against US soldiers douching out the Taliban, due to fear of community unrest and upsetting of the social order. Fear of their own tranquility and stability being threatened with no thought of a better future for their civil people and families. I don't really disagree with you on an immediate level, just on moral and logical overarching levels. The cops can't do shit, they would get lynched in the courts and streets too, courts which are turning these rioters loose back on the streets with a slap on the wrist like a goddamn revolving door. Maybe you haven't realized this, but the uncivil have voted themselves into preference so the law all but only works one way anymore.

Does seem like it will just keep getting worse.

Have been wondering when these rioters will start getting regularly shot.

Hope any like rittenhouse have plenty of good story to go along with a legal defense.

How much longer before a handful of these rioters get popped, and nobody has any idea who did it ?

I completely agree with this. Other than the fact that it seems he basically lives his life in Kenosha, so travel was not needed.

It's mostly an indictment of the so called adults in charge. But the reality is that nature abhors a vacuum, and that there is no reason to believe that vigilantism isn't going to grow out of this purposeful neglect. They know this, or at least I assume they do. If they do not, they are stupid and have no place in government. If they do, but do it anyway, they probably belong in the town gallows, guilty of using their positions to imperil citizens simply because they think it might benefit their political party. Not a lot of good options there, but like the cool kids like to say on twitter, it's where we are.

Yin and Yang. For every "mostly peaceful protester", there is a mostly peaceful Patriot.

This is horseshit. We should riot outside the DA and mayors houses. And chief of police.

A lot of the posts here are uninformed.

If he was looking for a fight then you think he would have more than one mag and no tactical gear? There’s pics of him when he was like 8 with a silencer sbr ar

In interviews that afternoon he said he was there to tend to any wounded and was an emt. The reason he was away from his side is he was helping a wounded person.

It’s amazing with as much info out there now that the dipshittery of incorrect assumptions is still rampant.

“crossed multiple state lines”.. he lived on the boarder, it was under 20 miles, his friends were there, it’s were he hung out.

In fact, he didn’t go “ looking for trouble”. He was with a group who went up to clean graffiti off the courthouse all day with a scrub brush.

The only thing he brought across state lines was an emt kit... NOT an AR...(per his atty), he didn’t bring the gun, no kit, no tacked out bullshit. He brought an emt kit. He got the gun from a friend AFTER he got there...when it was suggested he might need it if he planned on staying around to help people.

17 and stupid so “probably” did this or that... stfu.. that’s some cnn let’s just yank shit out of our ass bullshit.

Bad situation, yes. Was he lucky the brick didn’t hit him... yes... lucky the skateboard didn’t connect solid, yes... lucky he was first on the trigger from Glock boy... yes.. lucky the the dude behind him with the Fing bat didn’t brain him... yes... so in that regard, there are agreeable points.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion...sort of. If you’ve taken the time to educate yourself on a subnext. Everyone is NOT entitled to make up bullshit at random, relying on the media tactics of posting said made up bullshit as facts to base an opinion on.

fact is... hundreds of kids, people are getting severely injured every day in this...

as pic clearly shows...

However, we should all be such fucking dumbasses as to clean graffiti, bring an emt kit and stand up for our values. If that’s a dumbass, I’m ashamed to NOT be one.

Exactly! Blaming Kyle for what happened is like blaming a pretty girl walking alone at night for getting raped.

How exactly...lay out your argument in detail...how he set up the situation. You made that statement multiple times and it implies forethought on his part to be in that specific circumstance. To be cornered, beaten and potentially shot. Either you need to clarify that statement or you believe he actually had evil intentions.

Merely going there is not setting up the circumstances. It can be argued it is a critical contributing factor but it is not a predetermined action to cause the end result. You sound like the DA will sound when given the opportunity.

Them little bastards are nasty at top speed!
Out of a 10.5 barrel, the muzzle blast is ferocious, like a stun grenade. If I had to fight a mob of commies I'd wear earpro
Bet it was.
Me too. At that range, I would think M193 vs. V-max would be indiscernible.

I'm surprise the midget's bald head didn't come apart like a watermelon.

I've shot a lot of whistle pigs with the V-max bullets out of .223 and .22-250. The amount of damage is a lot but indiscernible between cartridges.

Nevertheless, for these terrorists, a V-max or anything with a ballistic tip would be preferable to an FMJ.

I wish I could afford to shoot Vmax, it's incredibly accurate, but the common Antifa scumbags are going to have to settle for Wolf and M193.

They are playing with fire on this one. Trying to make an example for anyone willing to defend against the left's goon squads. It is a dangerous move right now.
Yes sir, they are. They absolutely are.

We're getting fed up with the criminals occupying the government and courts and they are playing with a very short fuse. They have one of ours in their custody and they better not fuck with him.

Wow. The media is seriously fucked up in their reporting. The way most of it reads is that Kyle went there for the sole purpose of inciting violence, and the peaceful protesters are heroes for trying to foil his nefarious plans.

I hope the media gets sued again like when they fucked over Nick Sandmann.

I had the misfortune to overhear Wolf Blitzer while making a late supper a few minutes ago. Apparently Rittenhouse went there to cause violence, shot at medics with their hands up, the peaceful protestors are heroes and martyrs, and crossed state lines with his AR-15. And that we were afraid of people just rampaging around with guns for so long and it finally happened, the right-wing hate mob killed innocents.

The degree to Blitzer's guest shill played up that angle alongside the Blake shooting, pushing the usual "racist white cops killed an innocent black man, even if he may have had a knife, in front of his children" crap, makes me ill. The fact that Blitzer and Cooper just sit there and let these people go on their little tirades about how evil white cops are, how black people are constantly oppressed, how self defense is inappropriate... that makes me want to slug their smug faces with a chain-mail glove on. They don't even try to act impartial on it. They make zero effort to say "However, other sources say such-and-such happened. Whether or not this is the case is yet to be determined", or counter the emotions with the facts, or just not sit there like bumps on a log.
