Leupold's customer service is GREAT. My spotting scope developed a hitch in the focus. I sent it back to them, and I had it back in a week!! You must understand, I live in Alaska. It takes 3 days for anything to get to The States, and three days to get back. They must have repaired it the day it arrived. There was no charge. The Leupold repairman must have something in common with the old Maytag repairman. If you remember the commercial, he was the loneliest man in town, with nothing to do. Thanks Leupold, your products are great, and so is your service.
